My calling is to create music that serves as the emotional foundation beneath a story—a subconscious force that communicates what words and images alone cannot. 

Music is a universal language. It has the unique ability to reach the deepest parts of who we are, transforming a moment into something more powerful and transcendent than what exists on stage or screen. 

When Anakin fights Obi-Wan, the stakes would not feel nearly as devastating without the operatic power of John Williams’ music underscoring the clash between two titans who are also family. When Batman emerges from the shadows, Michael Giacchino’s music conveys the fear, tension, and gravity of the moment before a single word is spoken, announcing that justice has arrived.
