Why Three Words Workshops?
Our activities create a bond between the actor and the pupils and, through a shared experience, strengthens social cohesion among the students. Theatre is an activity that teaches young people the value of teamwork and builds relationships. With Three Words, interaction is everything: the audience and the actors react and relate to each other. Let’s use theatre to engage with our imaginations and have fun! Each workshop is an exploration led by experienced actors and fuelled by the dynamics of the group: exploration is encouraged and everything becomes a reason to play and to improvise. We adapt our workshops so that they are suitable for all ages and learning levels.
Which workshop do I choose?
Any one of these workshops can be adjusted in time, number of students, and objective, if given proper notice.
Each workshop is adapted for the age level and learning development of the students. We ask that you keep the age range generally small for the class so there can be some unity and relatability within the workshop. For example, ages 6-10, 11-14, 15-18, etc. If you are unsure of which workshop to choose for your students, I highly recommend the General Theatre Workshop for all students! The other more specified workshops are great for students already in the arts or if you are trying to grow your students in a specific skill!
At least one teacher is required to be in the room for the duration of the workshop.

Your students will participate in movement and improv games with the end goal of performing a long form improv presentation. These exercises are slightly more challenging than the theatre workshop because improv games naturally require more boldness. This workshop will challenge your students to not fear embarrassment or making mistakes in a safe space. Every workshop is adjusted to the age and dynamic of the group.
